Bullworker Exercises – What Is Wrong with Them?
Many people today are still looking for the “Magic Bullet” when it comes to building muscle and losing body fat. Why do I say that?
Well, I have this friend and he told me this interesting story about a buddy of his. It seems this individual is very overweight in fact, by medical standards he is considered obese. So what does Bullworker exercises have to do with this? Read on and you will see.
