Fight Club Workout Get Ripped with Brad Pitts Fight Club Workout

Fight Club workoutThe Brad Pitt Fight Club workout was designed to get Brad Pitt absolutely shredded in a very short period.

Pitt did not have any real muscle size or bulk but what he did have was an incredible muscularity that has proven it self to be very attractive to women. What is it exactly about Brad Pitt's body that has so many women idolize him?

Of course, Brad Pitt is a good-looking individual but more than that, I believe it's his ripped six pack abs. The workouts that his celebrity trainer put together for him will be revealed to you in this article.

Bear in mind that to achieve those kinds of results you will have to workout consistently and eat the right foods. One of the major components of his training program is the nutrition plan.

(By the way the film fight club is not only classic but it also has a cult following. Some people say that fight club started the entire mixed martial arts fight scene. In reality, this is not true! No holds barred fights have been around for a long time but this film equated this type of fighting with masculinity.)

The workout that was used to get Brad ready for fight club is based on a one body part per day routine.

Here Is a Sample of the Fight Club Workout:

Three sets of each exercise or performed and resistance levels challenging enough so that you can only perform 15 repetitions. (If you don't have a gym membership because of the expense factor a good set of resistance bands or isometric/isotonic exercise equipment can be purchased cheaply and will allow you to perform the same workout in the comfort and convenience of your own home. In parentheses

Although in my research some of what I have read indicates, that Brad Pitt only did cardio twice a week in my experience if you are not already lean you will need to perform a cardiovascular workout more often than that. Typically, you want to perform cardio 4 to 6 days per week depending on how much body fat you need to shed.

By incorporating high-intensity interval training, you can maximize the fat burning while minimizing the amount of time spent in your cardio workout. One thing is for sure if you apply yourself to this "fight club workout," you will become more muscular and have incredible six pack abs just like Brad Pitt.
