I agree,because it was introduced as a great cardio workout which burns a lot of fat while toning muscles,Exercise is the best way of shaving weight.

If your goal is to have a stronger midsection then dieting is not that critical however, if you want people to be able to see your six pack abs — then yes dieting is the most important factor.
Perform isometric abs exercises, in my opinion; this is the best way to workout stomach section.
Using a diet that is high in protein and low in carbohydrates will cause your body to shed body fat. (Of course, I do not have enough information to give you specifics on what you should do.)
In light of that, here are some suggestions:
1. Try to eat at least six meals per day — eating more frequently will help control your hunger and raise your fat burning metabolism.
2. Drink lots of water — besides making you feel full, water will help your body in eliminating some of the waste and toxins that will be released as you burn body fat.
3. Avoid eating carbohydrates after 6 PM — our metabolism begins to slow down during the day so, it is best to avoid eating fast acting carbs.
