I&#039;m glad you are working out. Remember -- Train Don&#039;t Strain -- most &lt;strong&gt;Bullworker exercisers &lt;/strong&gt;make the mistake of training every day.

You can do that with free hand isometrics just like you can do push-ups everyday -- however, when you&#039;re using resistance you need to give your body some time to recover.

That&#039;s why the Bully Xtreme training program recommends you train one body part per day and train 4 to 5 days per week -- for only a few minutes

I recently purchased the Bully Xtreme isometric home gym and I love it! I just wanted to let you know that was really surprised at how fast arrived in thanks again for the free Bully Xtreme custom carrying case.

I must say the Bully Xtreme is very well built and a lot of resistance. Right now I can barely compress it in some exercises. But, I know one time I will be able to.
