It seems every guy wants to know what is the Brad Pitt workout.
Look, let’s face it Brad Pitt is not exactly the most muscular, strongest or athletic guy on the planet — I mean the guy smokes — not exactly the healthiest habit you want.

However between his good looks and his ripped six pack abs (along with a lean muscularity that drove the gals crazy)no wonder every guy wants to look like him.
Brad Pitt workout program has varied in each of the films that required him to be in good shape. For example, in the movie Troy he had 12 months to get into shape. What has stayed consistent is that he trains one muscle group per day.
Here Is His Typical Workout Schedule
Monday — Chest
Tuesday — Back
Wednesday — Shoulders
Thursday — Biceps and Triceps
Friday and Saturday — one hour on the treadmill
Sunday — his rest day
As you can probably see what is missing from this workout are two muscle groups. His legs and his abs workout.
Here Is His Workout Routine
Brad Pitt performed three sets for each exercise. He would rest approximately for one minute between sets and of course he would use enough weight or resistance so that he could only do approximately 15 repetitions. (Of course push-ups and pull-ups were performed to failure)

Chest Press (using a Nautilus machine)
Incline Press (using a Nautilus machine)
Chest Flys (he used Pec deck but you can use dumbbells or resistance bands for this and the other exercises.)

LAT Pull Downs
Shoulder Workout
From Dumbbell Raises
Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Presses (he would perform these Arnold style — you start with your palms facing towards you and as you press upwards you turn the palms facing away from you)
Biceps and Triceps Workout
Tricep Push Downs
Hammer Curls
Cable Curls (with a EZ curl bar)
Bicep Curls (using the Nautilus machine)
As you can see the Brad Pitt workout consisted of approximately three exercises per body part with the exception of the biceps and tricep workout. In that workout he did three bicep movements and one tricep movement.
