Can You Really Lose Weight and Build Muscle Size With Isometrics?
I recently received the following e-mail from a prospective customer:
Hi can you lose fat at the same time using the bully extreme?
Or would you work on 1 goal at a time acheiving that. I like the fact that it sounds like you can get results with out a lot of time. I don’t have a lot of time but still want to be in shape, can you reply as im very eager to purchase bully extreme.
Here’s my response:
There are many TV commercials that would have you believe that you can lose weight and gain muscle size all at the same time. The truth is that these two goals are at the opposite ends.
There are a lot of good diets out there however, don’t get it into your head that you have to be on a diet. Consider it more of a lifestyle change. A new way to eat.
You don’t have to give up all the food you like just eat them in moderation. One of the diets that I do like is the P90X diet
In order to gain muscle you must fuel the body. In order to have energy to exercise you must consume carbohydrates. This means that you will have to take in additional amounts of protein. Between 1 g to 1 1/2 g per pound of body weight is what is usually recommended.
Gaining muscle size or muscular strength is about 3 components:
- Proper Nutrition
- Rest and Relaxation
You must have all three in order to get any REAL results.
So, now let me contradict myself.
You can increase the amount of muscle on your body and lose body fat.
Well, the answer lies in getting rid of the junk that’s in your diet and replacing it with high quality protein. And what are referred to as good carbs.
Here is a short list of the bad food that you need to eliminate or restrict in order to achieve your fitness goals. (This assumes that you want to lower your body fat or have a flat stomach)
- White Bread
- All Candies And Sweets
- Sugary Fruit
There are more but this will suffice for now. Replace these with some of the foods suggested in the Bully Xtreme nutrition program.
- Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Tuna, Salmon, Flounder
- Baked Potatoes, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes
- 90% Lean Ground Beef, Turkey Burgers, Buffalo Burgers
If you eat right you will never be hungry.
In fact, you will not want to eat all the food that you need to eat because you will be too full.
In addition, make sure you drink a minimum of eight glasses of water a day. Water is the stuff of life. Most individuals do not drink enough water. I am not counting beer, sodas etc. I mean eight glasses of water!
By working out consistently following the Iso-Synergy training program and making some of these modifications in your diet, you will find the body fat practically melting off your body and new hard, ripped muscle taking its place!
This is not make-believe… this is just how it works!
