<p>According to Fitness Magazine the &#034; <strong>Brad Pitt Troy Workout</strong> &#034; had Brad in the gym exercising for 2 to 3 hours per day &#8212; six days a week. In addition, he would train in &#034;sword work&#034; for another two hours.<br />

Following this workout routine he gained 10 pounds of lean muscle. He also followed  a diet program that consisted of four high protein &#8212; low carb meals and two protein shakes. (A total of six meals per day)</p>
